S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. has announced negotiation of March transactions totaling approximately $24 million in sales and lease volume on 157,682 square feet and 5.54 acres for the Norfolk and Richmond Offices. Suffolk-area closings included the following:

• Marcus Williams has leased 4,902 square feet of restaurant space at 156 W. Washington Street. Sam Rapoport, Bill Overman, CCIM and John Wessling, CCIM represented the landlord. 
• Metro PCS has exercised its option on 1,000 square feet of retail space at Suffolk Shopping Center. Christopher Hucke represented the landlord.
• Cotten & Taylor has extended its lease on 630 square feet of retail space at Suffolk Plaza Shopping Center. Christopher Hucke represented the landlord.
