S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. announced the negotiation of the following new leases in and around Suffolk during February:

Zoe’s Kitchen has leased 2,600 square feet of retail space at 5840 Harbour View Boulevard in Suffolk. J.C. Wynkoop represented the tenant.

Allan Myers VA Inc. has leased 1,835 square feet of office space at 3300 Tyre Neck Road, Suite Two in Portsmouth. Michael Myers represented the landlord.
