To the editor:

Everyone needs to follow Cassie King’s lead. She has turned such a simple project into something that very well might have changed many people’s lives.

She chose to focus on the people of the community around her and how she could change their lives in a big way.

It does not matter if one does not have artistic ability, and it has nothing to do with talent. It is about taking a step forward in making the community a better place by putting others before oneself.

If people keep this up, the community could really turn around and maybe other communities will follow their lead in hopes of negativity in the community ceasing to exist.

If people keep putting one step forward, Cassie King very well might have created her own legacy without realizing it.
