Michael Thomas Parker, 44, died Feb. 19, 2017, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, at Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, with the Rev. Scott Cornett officiating. The burial will follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens, Suffolk.
