S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. has announced the negotiation of the following December transactions in the Suffolk area:

New leases

E Nail Bar and Spa has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space at 5840 Harbour View Blvd. in Suffolk. Murray Rosenbach represented the tenant.

Behavioral Health Navigators Inc. has leased 1,311 square feet of office space at 4037 Taylor Road in Chesapeake. Bill Overman, John Wessling and Chris Devine represented the landlord.  

Sale transactions

Cars 4 Less has purchased an 18,584 square-foot commercial building located on 1.45 acres at 1300 High St. in Portsmouth from Actions Properties LLC for $900,000. Bill Overman, John Wessling and Chris Devine represented the buyer.

Denbar Properties has purchased a 7,500 square-foot shopping center located on .81 acre at 3537 Pruden Blvd. in Suffolk from John S. Drames Jr. for $300,000. Mike Zarpas represented the buyer, and Bill Overman, John Wessling and Sam Rapport represented the seller. 

Lease extension

Dollar General has extended its lease on 7,500 square feet of retail space at Suffolk Plaza. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.
