An officer reportedly witnessed the woman assault a victim in front of the courthouse, located at 150 N. Main St., according to city spokesman Tim Kelley. The officer and three sheriff’s deputies had to stop what they were doing to respond to the incident, he added.

The suspect and victim are living together in a domestic partnership, Kelley added.

It is not known whether the victim and suspect were at the courthouse for a hearing, but Moseley did not appear on any public court dockets for Tuesday.
