Williams died on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016. A celebration of life services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 4, 2016, at Cypress Baptist Church, Surry. The viewing will be held Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the chapel. The family will assemble at 73 Cobham Wharf Circle, Surry, at 9 a.m. on Friday to proceed to the church. For more information, visit www.shiversfuneralchapel.com.
