Catherine V. Peden, 76, of Ivor, transitioned Saturday, Oct. 22, 2016, at Kindred Transitional Care-Nansemond Point. A celebration of life will be held at noon Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016, at New Branch Baptist Church, 8140 Proctors Bridge Road, Ivor. She will be laid to rest in Gilfield Baptist Church Cemetery.
