To the editor:

I would like to encourage all residents of the Sleepy Hole Borough to actively support the re-election of Roger Fawcett to Suffolk City Council.

I have known Roger since his election to council and have always found him to be very accessible and responsive to the needs of his constituents. Roger has always been a stalwart supporter of education, industrial growth and especially public safety, three critically important areas of concern for any community.

Under Roger’s leadership, giant strides have been made to improve all aspects of our public safety system to the point that ours is a model for the region.

Our school system has received increased financial support each year, and dozens of new businesses creating thousands of new jobs have chosen Suffolk in recent years.

Please support Roger so the progress the city is making can continue, and Suffolk can remain the community of choice in Hampton Roads.
