Lady Saints beat Atlantic Shores 9-0

Nansemond-Suffolk Academy’s Lady Saints defeated Atlantic Shores 9-0 on the tennis court on Monday.

The Lady Saints bounced back in a big way after losing 8-1 Friday against Cape Henry.

NSA girls spike 7th conference win

Nansemond-Suffolk Academy’s girls’ volleyball team continues to roll against conference opponents.

They defeated Greenbrier Christian 3-0 and moved to 7-0 on conference play Monday night.
