The Suffolk Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance locating a missing endangered man, Derek Cason, age 53.

Cason is black and is 5 feet, 10 inches and approximately 150 pounds with a diminished mental capacity and a medical condition that requires medication, according to a city press release.

Cason was last seen Sunday morning at 5 a.m. in the 700 block of North Main Street and has not been seen since, according to the press release. He was last seen wearing a McDonald’s uniform and a green rain coat.

If anyone observes Cason or knows of his whereabouts, please call 911 or your local police department.
