Jacob Richard Adams, 11, of Windsor, died Aug. 21, 2016. A celebration of life service will be held Friday, Aug. 26, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434. Burial will follow at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Live Four Five, P.O. Box 385, Windsor, VA 23487.
