S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. has announced transactions in June totaling approximately $8.8 million in sales and lease volume on 93,121 square feet and 60.165 acres of land for the Norfolk and Richmond offices.

Among those transactions were the following lease renewals in Suffolk:

• CATO has extended its lease on 5,500 square feet of retail space at Suffolk Plaza Shopping Center. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.
• Bayport Credit Union has extended its lease on 2,450 square feet of retail space at Suffolk Shopping Center. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.
