Linwood Haywood Bryant, 78, entered into eternal slumber on Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016, at Norfolk General Hospital.

A visitation will take place from noon to 6 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. A home going service will take place at 11 a.m. on Wednesday in the Rev. Dr. Melvin R. Boone Chapel of T.E. Cooke- Overton Funeral Home Inc. He will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
