Virginia “Ann” Holland Jackson, 75, passed away Jan. 29, 2016. She was born in Suffolk to the late Robert and Wilma Holland. Virginia was a member of Magnolia United Methodist Church Women’s Beta Sigma Phi. She is predeceased by her brother, Bob Holland.

Left to cherish her memory are daughter, Cindy Jackson Lester and husband, Willie, of Suffolk; sons, David Raye Jackson and wife, Elizabeth, of Hopewell, James Edward Jackson and wife, Michelle, of Spring Grove; four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Monday, Feb. 1, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Magnolia United Methodist Church with Rev. Mike Harrington officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Holly Lawn Cemetery.
