A Suffolk man was sentenced Friday to two and a half years of incarceration for charges related to inappropriate touching of female juveniles.
Lakeith Pierre Arrington, now 23, pleaded guilty in August to three counts of sexual assault and battery and two counts of assault and battery. He was sentenced to one year on each count, with six months of each suspended.
Arrington was arrested in September 2014, shortly after the third incident happened. He was 21 at the time of his arrest.
The victims were 12, 14 and 16 years old, each in a separate household of family friends where he was staying overnight, prosecutor Marie Walls said during the plea hearing.
In each case, Arrington went into the girl’s bedroom and fondled her legs and buttocks. Each girl later told her parents what happened.
Arrington will be on supervised probation for five years following his release, Walls said. He also will be under a number of requirements, including that he cannot go to parties without chaperones, Walls said.
