Wilbert Lee Hart, 77, of Savoy Court, transitioned Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2015, at Sentara Obici Hospital. A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. Nov. 18 at Suffolk Church of Christ, 2025 Holland Road. He will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery.
