The Nansemond River High School boys’ volleyball team defeated host Warwick High School 3-1 on Monday during the Conference 10 tournament quarterfinals — 17-25, 25-20, 26-24, 25-19.

Keoni Broad and Roger Lewis of the Warriors had nine kills apiece, while Max Widegreen had eight kills and Davontrez Wallace contributed 26 assists.

Nansemond River (4-11) faces No. 1 Menchville High School in the tournament semifinals on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at Warwick. If the Warriors win, they will secure a regional berth.
