Police are seeking a man after a woman reported he exposed himself to her in a business parking lot.

The incident happened Thursday about 3:30 p.m., according to city spokeswoman Diana Klink.

Officers responded when the woman called police to the Harbour View East Shopping Center in the 6200 block of College Drive. She said an unknown black male had exposed himself to her while sitting in a gold four-door sedan parked next to the victim’s vehicle.

The victim drove away and contacted police, Klink said. Police responded but were not able to locate the subject or vehicle.
