An electrical issue brought firefighters to a retail center in North Suffolk and partially knocked out power to about 30 businesses along Harbour View Boulevard on Wednesday afternoon.

The problem was reported at 12:29 p.m. and was eventually determined to be a problem with The Egg Bistro’s HVAC unit, according to a city press release.

The larger issue was a power pole that was out and resulted in a partial power outage in about 30 commercial structures. Electrical power at the entire complex was intermittent, according to the press release. The Regal Harbour View Grande 16 movie theater, as well as other restaurants and retail shops, were closed. Some had light but had no air conditioning and were suffering other electrical issues, according to the release.

All power was restored about 2:07 p.m.
