Three males escaped with non-life threatening injuries when their westbound car overturned in the 4400 block of Pruden Boulevard on Saturday, according to city of Suffolk spokeswoman Diana Klink.
Dispatchers received a call at 8:52 a.m. about a single-vehicle accident involving a Chevrolet Monte Carlo, Klink stated. A preliminary investigation found the car left the road, glanced a power pole and ended up on its roof in a ditch.
The three males did not require medical transport, but Suffolk Fire and Rescue provided emergency medical assessment.
All lanes were reopened to traffic just after 10 a.m. The driver, Eric Billeter, 18, of Chester, received a summons for driving recklessly and failing to maintain control.
