Emma “Jane” Louise Brown, 80, died April 22, 2015. A funeral service will be held Saturday, April 25, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with the Rev. Basil “Buzz” Ballard officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Friday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at her residence. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4416  Expressway Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23452.
