A 19-year-old has been charged in connection with a Monday afternoon bus accident on Nansemond Parkway.

Davin Kavone Bass, 19, was issued a summons for reckless driving, according to a city press release.

Six students and a bus driver were taken to the hospital, treated and released following the crash.
