CBRE Hampton Roads has been selected by Harbour View Associates LLC to provide leasing and property management services for Harbour View Professional Center on Champions Way.

Harbour View Associates closed on the purchase of the four-building medical and professional office park on Oct. 31.

The park consists of four single-story office buildings with 45,500 square feet of office space. The tenant roster includes many medical and professional users, and floor plans offer suites ranging from 1,000 to 11,500 square feet.
