To the editor:

Nov. 4 is an important day in Suffolk, because citizens in several boroughs have the opportunity to make changes in the leadership of our city.

I reside in the Suffolk Borough and support the election of Donald Goldberg to the Suffolk City Council. His varied employment experiences include education, business and finance. His commitment to community activities has been widespread and significant. And his priorities reflect the current and future needs of Suffolk.

This election for City Council is especially critical, because we need leaders who are motivated by a sincere willingness to listen to the citizens of Suffolk and make decisions based on the needs of Suffolk, instead of being based on the agenda of a few.

I urge the voters of the Suffolk Borough to vote for improved local government by voting for Donald Goldberg.
