Saints shut out StoneBridge

The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy boys’ soccer team kept visiting StoneBridge School off the board on Thursday in an 8-0 blowout win.
Saints sophomore Tanner Jackson led the way offensively with two goals. Junior Patrick Crossman, seniors Phillip Lanzafame, Rohan Koduri and Punit Barot and freshman Chris Morgan each scored once.
Sophomore goalkeeper Ryan Griffin preserved the shutout, saving a penalty kick in the first half.
Nansemond-Suffolk visits Norfolk Christian School on Thursday.
