Amanda Jane Stallings-Wood, 37, passed away Aug. 12, 2014. She is the daughter of the late Linda P. Sirman. She was a business analyst for the U.S. government.

Amanda is survived by her husband, Ronald Lee Wood Jr.; son, Shay Wood; daughter, Summer Wood; father, Ivan J. Stallings; grandmother, Florence Sirman; and brother, William T. Stallings and family.

A memorial service will be Saturday, Aug. 16, 2014, at 11 a.m. by Dr. Thurman Hayes Jr. and Pastor Thomas Wood at First Baptist Church of Suffolk, 237 N. Main St., Suffolk, VA 23434.
