A mail carrier delivers the mail — uncensored.

This is freedom.

A family enters a place of worship.

This is freedom.

 

A classroom of students rallies around a pole to pray, while a friend attends class with head covered and another is excused for his or her religious holiday.

This is freedom.

 

A line at the voting machine, young and old; all to cast a vote.

This is freedom.

 

A father and son hunt with shotguns and fish with poles.

This is Freedom.

 

A newspaper prints stories of war, murder, crime and scandals.

This is freedom.

 

A young woman becomes CEO, and a young man runs for office.

This is freedom.

 

We drink our coffee and speak our minds.

This is freedom.

 

We send our children to school to learn and become productive citizens.

This is freedom.

 

We are the proud, the free, and we stand, with hands over our hearts, as Old Glory passes. We stand erect when we hear “O’ say can you see,” and then we jump and clap when the words sound loud and clear: “Play ball!”

This is freedom.
