Mr. and Mrs. James T. Salmon Jr., of Suffolk, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsey Wynter Salmon, to Charles Edward Sari III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Sari Jr., of Suffolk.

The high school sweethearts are 2007 graduates of Lakeland High School in Suffolk. Chelsey currently is finishing her bachelor’s degree in marketing at Old Dominion University and is a full-time employee at Reliable Accounting and Tax Service in Chesapeake. Charles has an associate degree in automotive science and is an ASE Certified Technician. He is a full-time employee at Sports and Imports, Inc., in Chesapeake.

The couple plans to wed in October.
