Sarah Lee Chamblis-Winborne, 84, of Airport Road, entered into slumber on Monday, Jan. 6, 2014.

A native of Suffolk, Sarah was educated in Suffolk Public Schools and retired from John F. Kennedy High School. She entered into holy matrimony to Clifton H. Winborne.

Mrs. Winborne will be on view at the funeral home on Friday, Jan. 10, from 1 to 8 p.m., with the family receiving visitors from 6 to 8 p.m. A home going service will take place at noon Saturday, Jan. 11, at Oak Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Jarvis Jones as eulogist. She will be laid to rest at Carver Memorial Cemetery.
