Nansemond River and Indian River will get to take the field at Harbor Park, home of the triple-A Norfolk Tides, for their Southeastern District baseball contest Thursday, May 5 at 4 p.m.

The Warriors and Braves will be the first act of the afternoon prior to the Tides, affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles, hosting the Indianapolis Indians, affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, at 7:15 p.m.

Harbor Park has played host to high school games each April and May for the last 15 years. The high schools in the game and the Tides share the ticket revenue

Tickets, for $9.50 and good for the high school/pro doubleheader, can be purchased at www.norfolktides.com.

In the first meeting between the Warriors (9-5, 7-4) and the Braves this season, NR beat Indian River 7-4 in Chesapeake on March 25.
