Hargrove graduates

Blossom Bohni’ Hargrove graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University last Saturday with her master’s degree in education.
Hargrove
The daughter of Jerry Wiggins and Rhonda Hargrove Wiggins, she finished the five-year program with a 3.5 grade point average.
She graduated from Western Branch High School and also attended Northern Shores Elementary School and John Yeates Middle School.
