Arthur S. Allmond, 90, of Windsor, died Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013, at Southside Regional Medical Center, Petersburg.

Homegoing services will be held Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013, at noon at The New Jones Grove Baptist Church, 15090 Woodland Drive, Windsor, VA 23487. Viewing will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 6, 2013, at Pretlow and Chapman Funeral Home, Smithfield.
