To the editor:

Could we please name the Route 58 Bypass after Andy Damiani?

This fine man has loved and nurtured Suffolk ever since the end of World War II.

The bypass needs a name, anyway. Why not honor “Mr. Downtown” with his name on the expressway that runs by Old Suffolk?
