In order to provide a more concise means for donors, alumni and others to obtain information about how they may provide support to help students, faculty and the college, the Paul D. Camp Community College Foundation has launched a new website.
“The new site is like a ‘one-stop shop’ where donors can see their gifts at work and learn about upcoming foundation events and activities,” said Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Foundation Executive Director Felicia Blow. “In addition, pledges or gifts may now be made at the click of a mouse.”
The new pages also describe numerous giving options, such as endowed scholarships, the annual fund, in-kind donations and retirement plan assets.
College Foundation President John Alexander Mann III said, “The Foundation Board felt the need to streamline and focus outreach in the community. This new site is an excellent tool to do just that.”
Former students can visit the site to update their contact information with the Alumni Society, view profiles of past classmates, fill out the alumni survey and keep up with happenings at the college. They can also sign up to receive the college’s electronic newsletter.
Current students and potential students also can search for scholarship information and fill out applications online.
“At PDCCC, we realize the importance of financial aid and want all students to have the opportunity to succeed,” Blow said. “The new site provides a more streamlined process for current and potential students as well.”
