The Suffolk Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit and Neighborhood Enforcement Team executed a search warrant at an alleged shot house on Cogic Square Thursday.

Chereena Deanna Edmundson, 32, and Terrell Lishawn Gore, 36, were arrested on charges of selling alcohol illegally, city spokeswoman Diana Klink said.

Police allegedly recovered “a large amount of alcoholic beverages which were being sold at the premises,” as well as “a heroin syringe and suspected heroin residue.”
