Lucille W. Judkins

Lucille W. Judkins, 90, of Suffolk, Va., passed away on March 19, 2013. A native of Holland, Va., she was the daughter of the late Sam Jim Worrell Jr. and Mary Jane “Mamie” Holland Worrell. She was also predeceased by her husband of 39 years, Joseph “Ed” Judkins. She was the owner of Lucille’s Alterations and a member of Holland Baptist Church.
Lucille was one of 11 children. She was predeceased by three sisters, Willie May Blythe, Gladys Spivey and Polly Jane Worrell, and five brothers, Elmo, Clinton, Linwood, Roy and Jimmy Worrell. Survivors include sisters, Mary Edith Carter and Nell Williams, both of Suffolk; two very special friends whom she considered as her children, Tiny and Candy Andrews; and many special nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Holly Lawn Cemetery with Ray Felton officiating. Friends may join the family for visitation at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.
