James “Jimmy” Neil Babb, 37, of Suffolk, Va., passed away March 6, 2011.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 with the Rev. Roger Johnson officiating.
