Joseph “Frank” Franklin Worrell Jr., 80, lost his battle with cancer on Feb. 23, 2011. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Providence United Methodist Church, 3105 Providence Road, by the Rev. Garland Hines.
