Franklin “Frank” Pope Roberts Jr., 64, of Suffolk, VA passed away Feb. 26, 2011. A celebration of life service will be held Monday, Feb. 28, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va.
