This video is of high winds, driving rain and heavy surf along the seawall at Tidewater Community College’s campus in North Suffolk. The harsh weather is part of a nor’easter that came ashore in Hampton Roads bringing with it the remains of Hurricane Ida. This video was shot the morning of Thursday, Nov. 12.
