Harper Bradshaw, the chef and owner of Harper’s Table restaurant in downtown Suffolk, will collaborate with renowned chef Josh Keeler of Two Boroughs larder in Charleston, S.C., on a fundraising dinner in Suffolk on Jan. 20.

The “Piggy Back Dinner” will raise funds for the Southern Foodways Alliance of University, Miss. Proceeds will be donated to the organization to help in its mission of studying, celebrating and documenting the food culture of the changing American South.

Harper’s Table has been highly acclaimed since its opening in July by both the Suffolk community and greater Hampton Roads.
Keeler has gained national recognition for his unique cooking at Two Boroughs Larder. He has won numerous awards including Chef of the Year from eater.com, a prestigious website for chefs and food advocates. He has also been invited to participate in the BB&T Charleston Food and Wine Festival this spring. The event is one of the most influential food festivals in the US.
