Daisy Mae Valentine, 93, went to be with the Lord Dec. 7, 2012. She was a member of New Branch Community Church in Windsor, Va. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Valentine, and a grandson, Wade Allred.

Daisy is survived by her daughters, Janell Williams and husband, Harvey, of Suffolk, Va., and Linda Allred and husband, Don, of Baton Rouge, La.; she is also survived by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
