Looking for a romantic way to spend Valentine’s weekend in Suffolk? The Parks and Recreation department has the answer.

The city is offering four different romance packages for an afternoon at Lone Star Lakes. The fees range from $25 to $75 for activities, tutorials and rentals.

The “Sweetie Package” includes two hours on Butler Tract Lake as well as a life jacket, paddle and canoe rental. In addition, a 20-minute instructional session with a certified canoe instructor is included. The Sweetie Package is from 1 to 3 p.m. and the fee is $25.

The “Hugs & Kisses Package” includes everything above, plus a GPS unit rental and a short tutorial on geocaching. The Hugs & Kisses Package is from 1 to 3 p.m. and the fee is $35.

The “Honey-Darlin’ Package” includes everything in both above packages, but includes an addition hour on Butler Tract Lake, birding field guide, binocular rental, cheese and crackers, and two wine glasses with sparkling cider. The Honey-Darlin’ Package is from 1 to 4 p.m. and the fee is $50.

The “Forever Yours Package” includes everything in all above packages and also includes a picnic lunch and fleece blanket. The Forever Yours Package is from 1 to 5 p.m. and the fee is $75.
