Fannie Anne Florine Thacker Joyner, 89, of Suffolk died Jan. 8, 2011.

A funeral will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 11 at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, with the Rev. Jim George officiating. Private burial will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery. Friends may join the family on Monday evening at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. for visitation and other times at the home of Buddy and Linda Joyner, 530 Lake Kilby Road in Suffolk.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Western Tidewater Free Clinic, 2019 Meade Parkway, Suffolk, VA 23434.
