Dr. Vernie Moore Graves Jr., 90, affectionately known as “Doc,” of Williamsburg, Va., passed away peacefully Dec. 18, 2010 at Spring Arbor Assisted Living Center. A celebration of his life will be held Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Spring Arbor Assisted Living Center in Williamsburg with the Rev. Ronald Strong officiating.
