Dawn Glynn, president of TowneBank Chesapeake, accepts the Division Leadership Award for the Suffolk Region at the annual Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce Luncheon on Sept. 25.

The award, which recognizes volunteers who set standards for service and are committed to making service a central part of their lives for the betterment of their communities, was presented by Patrick Reynolds, who is president of Ashby Development, a TowneBank director and chair-elect of the HRCC Chesapeake Board of Directors.
