Phoebe Rogers Walley, 92, of Suffolk, passed away on Oct. 26, 2010.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010 at 3 p.m. at Westminster Reformed Presbyterian Church with Dr. Ruffin Alphin officiating. Inurnment will be private. Friends may join the family for visitation on Friday night at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Westminster Reformed Presbyterian Church, Building Fund, 3488 Godwin Blvd., Suffolk.
