Born in California, she was a member of Bethlehem Christian Church and was the first woman moderator. She served the Deaconry Board and served as a past chairman. She was proud to serve in the Reserve Wave from 1950-1955 in Fresno, Calif. She served as the governor of Virginia for the Pilot Club and was active in several local Pilot Clubs. Mrs. Eby was also one of the founders for the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery Wreath Society. But, most importantly, she was proud to be an American and loved to fly her flag.
