SMITHFIELD — Andre Scott, 29, son of Geneva S. Williams and Ralph Lane Jr., has passed from this life to his eternal home. A service of celebration will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012, at Shivers Funeral Chapel, 12749 Courthouse Highway, Smithfield, Va. There will be no public viewing.
